Healing the Whole Woman.
Body. Mind. Confidence. Watch Her Glow

The Watch Her Glow Foundation supports women and girls through breast implant illness, breast health education, and mental health — while promoting self-love programming and financial assistance for those who cannot afford the care they deserve. Although insurance companies declare breast explant surgery as elective, we believe that wellness and self-love are not luxuries. They are every woman's birthright.

The Watch Her Glow Foundation was founded by Tiffany Toney, an actress and breast implant illness survivor.

"The Watch Her Glow Foundation exists because no woman should have to almost die to learn that she was always enough. We exist at the intersection of breast health, mental wellness, and self-love — providing the education, community, and financial support that women and girls need to heal completely. Because wellness is not elective, and self-love is not a luxury. It is a birthright."

— Tiffany Toney, Founder

Five Pillars of Whole-Woman Healing

01
Financial Assistance
Explant Surgery · Medical Access

We fund explant surgeries for women who cannot afford removal on their own. Insurance doesn't cover it. We do. The Glow Fund provides direct financial grants to BII survivors so that cost is never the reason a woman stays sick.

02
Breast Health Education
Prevention · Patient Advocacy · Awareness

Too many women don't know the risks until it's too late. We provide vetted educational resources, surgeon referrals, and preventive breast health programming that gives women the information their doctors won't — before, during, and after the decision.

03
Mental Health & Healing
Trauma Recovery · Therapy Access · Survivor Support

The physical surgery is only part of the journey. Breast implant illness causes lasting psychological trauma — anxiety, depression, identity loss, and grief. We fund therapy access, peer support programs, and trauma recovery resources for survivors rebuilding their lives.

04
Self-Love & Confidence
Body Image · Youth Programs · Self-Esteem

At the root of every implant story is a woman who was told she wasn't enough. We run confidence-building workshops, body image programming, and self-love events for women and girls — because the most important surgery of all is the one that happens in your mind.

05
Community & Sisterhood
Events · Peer Networks · Tour Activations

Healing happens in community. Through live events, the national book tour, online networks, and peer mentorship programs, we build the rooms where women finally feel seen, heard, and supported — by others who understand exactly what they've been through.

Actress  ·  Filmmaker  ·  Author  ·  BII Survivor  ·  Founder

Tiffany Toney is an award-winning actress, filmmaker, NCAA All American athlete, and breast implant illness survivor. After years of dismissal by doctors who told her nothing was wrong, she discovered the truth about BII, found a surgeon who believed her, had her implants removed, and began to rebuild her life.

She studied at the University of Oklahoma before completing her MFA at Bowie State University. Her debut feature film BORA spotlighted during Sundance and Cannes and was an Official Selection at the Essence Film Festival. She is the niece of heavyweight boxing champion James “Lights Out” Toney, the daughter of a military veteran, a certified Reiki healer, and the founder of Sensory Overload Films LLC.

“I built this foundation because I know what it feels like to be sick, dismissed, ashamed of your body, and unable to afford the surgery that could save your life. No woman should be in that position. Not one.”

Her memoir Big Tits Almost Killed Me: A Survival Story releases June 27, 2026, alongside a three-city national book & wellness tour. The Watch Her Glow Foundation launches alongside the tour — connecting survivors, funding surgeries, and changing the conversation around women’s bodies forever.
